Title of the Talk :
From Reactive to Proactive: AI Agents Redefining Patient Care Pathways
Abstract of Talk:
Healthcare delivery has traditionally been reactive, treating illness once symptoms appear. With the advent of intelligent AI agents, the paradigm is shifting toward proactive, continuous, and personalized care. These agents leverage multimodal data streams, clinical records, wearable signals, and real-time patient interactions to anticipate risks, recommend preventive interventions, and dynamically adapt care plans. By orchestrating workflows across scheduling, diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up, AI agents reduce delays, minimize redundant procedures, and empower clinicians with timely insights.
This keynote will highlight how agentic architectures move beyond static decision-support systems to autonomous collaborators that evolve with each patient’s journey. Practical challenges such as data interoperability, ethical safeguards, and clinician–agent trust will be addressed, along with strategies for safe deployment at scale. Attendees will gain a forward-looking perspective on how proactive AI agents can not only improve efficiency but also fundamentally redefine patient care pathways, leading to more resilient, predictive, and personalized healthcare.
