Registrations
After your paper is accepted, you can begin the registration process. At least one author must register for the paper to be included in the proceedings and the Technical Program. Please strictly follow the registration deadline mentioned your acceptance mail as the number of papers to be accommodated in the Volume is limited.
- Indian or SAARC Nations authors / participants can pay the registration amount in INR using Razorpay link given below.
- Non-Indian Authors / participants can pay through PayPal as given below.
- All the below Registration Fees are exclusive of 18% GST and Bank Transfer/Platform charges (if any). In the payment link below all charges are included in the registration amount

For Taylor and Francis Proceeding : The standard page length is 5 pages. After 5 Pages and up to a maximum of 7 pages, extra page length charges will be applicable and will be charged at INR 1500 per page for SAARC Nations authors and USD 25 for Non-SAARC Nations authors.
Registration Fees for Rest of the Countries Author

The registration fee for the regular papers includes the Article Processing Charge (APC) to be paid to the Taylor and Francis for publishing all the accepted and presented papers in their proceedings after the conference. Hence there will be no additional fee to be paid by the authors after the conference.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
- Publication charge for papers to be published in Taylor and Francis Conference proceedings.
- Welcome reception, Conference Badge
- Conference Kit.
- Presentation certificate.
- Access to all technical sessions and Keynotes.
- Snacks, Tea/Coffee breaks and Lunch
A minimal amount will be charged for Lunch from the offline participants and will be informed later. However snacks, Tea/Coffee breaks are included in the above registration fees.
IMPORTANT POINTS :
- To be eligible for student registration, the presenting author should be a student.
- For Taylor and Francis Proceeding: After 5 Pages and up to 7 pages, extra page length charges will be applicable and will be charged at INR 1500 per page for SAARC Nations authors and USD 25 for Non-SAARC Nations authors.
- Once the paper is registered, withdrawal is not allowed under any circumstances, however it can be transferable between the Tracks or for CISCom 2025 or EAMCON 2025 conference to be held at Melaka, Malaysia. The committee decision this regard will be final.
- The conference is non-residential and delegates are kindly requested to make their own arrangement for accommodation.
- The management of Holiday Inn Hotel, Baruna, Bali has offered few discount on the room price for the delegates attending the conference. If any participant wants to avail this discount you can make your request at chairiccidc@gmail.com. Please note all such request will be considered only till September 20 (Hard Deadline).
If you cancel your conference booking, or do not attend the conference, the conference fee will not be refunded. All Rights reserved to conference committee.
No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Once the registration is received paper status in CMT will be marked as “Registered”. No separate confirmation mail will be sent in this regard. Authors are suggested to check their paper status regularly after payment.
Payment can be made by: Credit Card/Debit card, PhonePe, Googlepay, Paytm etc.
Credit card details will not be accepted via email.
Registration must be paid & confirmed before the deadline. We may revise our terms and conditions as per the government norms, for example to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements or improvements.
Filming and photography may take place at the conference. You consent to your image and likeness being used in marketing and films without any payment to you.
By attending the conference, you hereby grant the absolute right and permission to use your photograph or video image in promotional materials and publicity. In addition, you hereby consent to waive any and all future claims, causes of action, and/or demands against the conference committee.
We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be published by any specific publisher or indexed. Publishers or organizations can decline to publish the conference paper that does not meet their quality standards.
We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be indexed in any database. Indexing services evaluate conference papers and independently determine what they will index.
